Smoking Policy In the interests
of comfort and the safety of our guests we have a strict non-smoking
policy. Non compliance or damage caused by tampering with the sensitive
smoke detectors will result in a charge to repair such items and a charge
for professional cleaning of the room will be levied.

Payment It our policy to
ask kindly for payment on arrival. Through experience we have learned that
most guests benefit from minimal disruption
and find check out easier and quicker on the day of departure.
Deposit A deposit
equivalent to the first nights stay for all intended guests is payable on
booking. Payable by credit/debit card or by cheque (cheques will only be
accepted if there is 2weeks or more before the start of the intended stay.)
Cancellation Policy We
understand that sometimes guest have to cancel their intended stay. If this
is the case we require at least three clear days notice for cancellation.
Our cancellation policy is based on normal legal practise within the UK,
whereby proprietors of a hotel or guest house have the right in law to
claim or be reimbursed for any loss resulting from cancellation or no show.
If we are able to re-let the room/s we will reimburse your deposit by
If less than 72 hours notice given - If 1 night booked 50% off invoice charged. If 2 or more nights booked, 1st night payment is charged in full.
Cancellation by ourselves If in the
unlikely event we have to cancel your stay we will do everything in our
power to find you alternative accommodation. If we are unable to do so we
will refund your deposit in full. We are proud to say that we have never
had to cancel any guests to date.
